Teenagers aged 13-17 meet three times a week, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays to learn good mechanics through a programme that is more advanced than the kids’ one. Here we incorporate some weightlifting with light weights, but only after excellent technique is mastered. We are always mindful of the ever-changing bodies of teenagers and adapt to each one’s needs and levels of fitness.
Comfortable clothes to workout in and a water bottle.
