Our CrossFit class begins with a warmup followed by either some mobility, strength or specific skill work. Then the real fun begins with the Workout Of the Day (WOD), which changes every day and pushes you beyond your comfort zone. All workouts are supervised by one of our coaches who will ensure that the exercises are performed safely and adapted to your level.
We keep some of our classes shorter to accommodate the working people.

Jenny was born in the sunny islands of the Philippines ! During her first trip to Europe at 20, she discovers snow for the first time and immediately jumps on a Snowboard in Verbier for a week of training! She did as well scuba diving without knowing how to swim (yes it is possible…) 😊 and learned French in 6 months! No limits for Jenny when taking care of our Athletes with the objective of improving their fitness and pushing them to the limits! Her adaptation skills, motivation and drive make Jenny the most qualify coach to take care of our Community!

Gilles has always been interested in pushing the limits and development of Athletes. Having touched many sports including gymnastics, snowboards, windsurf and fitness he discovered CrossFit during his stay in Atlanta (USA). Since then, he has been passionate to further expand his knowledge and share his passion with other people. Gilles travels the world and visit as many CrossFit boxes as possible looking for inspiration and new ideas. If you want to do PRs (Personal Records) or if you have technical questions, engage with Gilles and you will find solutions and answers together !
