Gilles has always been interested in pushing the limits and development of Athletes. Having touched many sports including gymnastics, snowboards, windsurf and fitness he discovered CrossFit during his stay in Atlanta (USA). Since then, he has been passionate to further expand his knowledge and share his passion with other people. Gilles travels the world and visit as many CrossFit boxes as possible looking for inspiration and new ideas.
