Our programme currently welcomes kids from ages 7-12 once a week on Wednesdays in Rolle. Kids learn to move well while having fun! They learn all the basic moves and we naturally focus on good technique above all. No weights or very light weights are used (nothing heavier than their schoolbags!). This class always ends with a game. The best part!
Comfortable clothes to workout in and a water bottle.
