We’re happy to have Patricia back at CrossFit La Côte for her signature Rebell Yoga classes:

She will host classes at 8.45 and 12.15 on both days and her program looks very exciting! 20 CHF per class for members and 30 CHF for non-members.

We’re very pleased to announce that we will introduce “Mobility Monday with Jon”, our inhouse physio and CF-Level 1 coach.

The classes will start with 20-30 min of mobility exercises under his expert guidance followed by a WOD. This will also teach you to perform self-maintenance on the other days.

When Jon is out travelling we will have our regular program.
